Kevin Gosney

Kevin Gosney has over 25 years of senior management experience in Finance, Telecoms, Information Technology, Data Sales and Real Estate in companies ranging from large multinationals to startups. He has held senior positions across several industries with companies including the European subsidiary of Sterling Drug Inc., and Western Motor Holdings Plc in the UK. He joined The Prebon Group, an international interdealer broker, as UK Operations Director and then later moved to their North American operations becoming the EVP for Technology and Global Data Sales. Kevin most recently was engaged in an advisory role acting as Chief Operating Officer of Enlace, USA, a Mexican Interdealer broker based in New York, Mexico City and Santiago, Chile. Over his career, he has been involved in mergers, acquisitions, organizational restructuring and new product/business ventures providing him a wealth of practical experience and expertise supported by sound financial knowledge. Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds both US and UK citizenship.

Colin Knight

Colin is a successful, energetic and pragmatic “hands-on” business leader experienced in developing small and medium sized businesses from concept to delivery. He has a proven record of innovative and creative contribution in business strategy, product development and delivery, holding senior appointments in the Computer and Telephony market place, working extensively across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. Since 2009, Colin has been a self employed consultant working with entrepreneurial start-up companies in the broad field of new technologies. Until 2008, Colin was a member of the Joint Advisory Board for IPC Information System (the world leader in the supply of business-critical indispensable communication solutions serving the global Financial Services and Public Safety Systems market) where he had previously held the position of President and CEO – Europe. Prior to IPC, Colin was at mmO2 Ltd. (formerly Genie-Internet.com), a British Telecoms Mobile Internet provider, where he was Vice President – Operations. Colin was Director of a BT subsidiary where he was responsible for all aspects of their Global Financial Services Trading Systems business which included two years as SVP-General Manager of Syntegra Financial Services, North America. Before his career in Telecoms, he served as General Manager of APT Ltd in Electronic Manufacturing with the Unitech Group, following a successful period of business development in Eastern Europe for Business Computers Ltd.

Teresa Leighty

Teresa Leighty has over 20 years of broad business experience, taking senior leadership and advisory roles in established companies as well as start-ups.  She has expertise in building companies and associated operations and technologies as well as transforming businesses that are facing performance challenges.  Ms. Leighty has a strong track record of delivering quantifiable results in diverse industries including telecommunications, financial services, insurance, software and retail where she has worked with companies such as AAA, Sony, Levi Strauss, AT&T and several internet-based start-ups.  Her background in sales, marketing and customer experience, combined with her solid technical knowledge, allows her not only to diagnose business challenges, but also to develop and execute strategies for companies to overcome such hurdles enabling them to grow.

Bradford Lutz

Bradford Lutz has over 17 years experience in the telecom and technology industries. He has held senior leadership roles in sales and business development, client services, finance and operations organizations. Brad has lead organizations in companies at many different stages, from startups to large established enterprises including Global Crossing, Worldcom, IXnet and Telwares. Brad is an expert in business process design and execution, metrics and reporting programs, financial planning and analysis, and strategy.

Hilary Marsh

Hilary is an experienced entrepreneur, venture capitalist, business consultant, manager and director, with a strong interest in process, change management and new technologies. Her skills are underpinned by her qualification as a Charted Management Accountant (CIMA). Most recently, she operated Red7 Ltd. as CEO, where she developed Ad-Ex, a trading platform for the media industry whose initial positioning in the market is to enable media owners to advertise their own media brands across TV, radio, newspapers, magazines and online publications. She is noted for her clarity of thought in complex situations and for her practical approach.

Robert Mazer

Robert Mazer has more than 25 years experience in the telecommunications sector. Mr. Mazer has been a partner in a major international law firm (Vinson & Elkins), in addition to being a serial entrepreneur who has assisted in the conception and founding of four telecommunications companies: iBiquity Digital, IXnet, Globenet and Ondas. His extensive experience and creativity has enabled him to successfully synthesize various technical, business and legal trends to identify business opportunities and solve very complex problems in a variety of telecommunications businesses including wireless, satellite, fiber-optic cables and advanced broadcast services. Mr. Mazer has developed and implemented detailed business plans, as well as corporate and regulatory legal strategies, that have provided clients significant value. He has worked on numerous transactions both as a lawyer and a principal that assisted companies in building a solid business foundation that insured future success.

Christopher H. “Toby” Smith

Hailed as a great “corporate plumber,” Toby Smith has added value in numerous and diverse transactional and reorganization environments as a non-executive Chairman, Director or Chief Executive. Value creation focuses on the tradable assets of a company — both tangible and intangible — such as distribution, brand, supply chain and proprietary products/systems/positions. Successful mark-ups have included Puma, Escada, London Fog, MCA (trucking), Oneida, Atkins, Barnes Engineering (aerospace), Venture Industries (Tier 1 automotive) and FAG Bearings (industrial/metalworking).

Bill Walsh

Bill Walsh has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles at various technology, telecommunications, business process outsourcing, and medical device businesses. He has extensive experience in corporate operations, marketing, product management, strategy & planning, and business development. Bill spent 7 years in the orthopedic implant market before entering the telecom sector in 1995. He led marketing for IXnet, a global network service provider for the financial industry, and was also responsible for global network operations & engineering, IT, business development, and investor relations at various times. Bill led worldwide marketing efforts for Global Crossing, a network services provider with $5.3 billion in revenue, served as EVP, Global Markets for Telerate, a leading provider of real-time financial information, and was Chief Operating Officer of Telwares, the leading provider of outsourced telecom expense management solutions for enterprises. Bill has served in lead roles on numerous company acquisitions, sales, and public & private financing events.

Robin Wright has more than 20 years experience in the IT and telecommunications fields in both senior leadership and advisory roles for companies including AT&T, Global Crossing, Telerate, Rocket Communications, NextPoint, and many more. Her background in sales, business development and operations gives her the tools to make fast and accurate assessments, build consensus, develop action plans and ensure successful completion. Ms. Wright is an expert in business turnarounds and has contributed to the successful completion of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures.
