This select group of individuals brings an interdisciplinary approach to advisory assignments, leveraging their complex set of skills acquired over a lifetime of building, restructuring and selling businesses.

Mary Cronin

Mary Cronin has more than 20 years experience in managing and advising technology-intensive organizations as a consultant, board member and senior executive, with particular expertise in developing Internet and wireless business strategies. Ms. Cronin served as director of strategy for Mainspring Corporation, an Internet-strategy consulting firm that went public in 2000 and was acquired by IBM Global Services in 2001. She has advised companies such as AOL, First Data and WorldCell on developing successful e-commerce and wireless initiatives. She is the author of Doing Business on the Internet, The Internet Strategy Handbook, and Unchained Value, along with many other technology-strategy publications.

Peter Hase

Following a successful career as an insurance broker, Peter moved into the telecommunications sector in 1983, working for Siemens and Racal before joining Midland Network Services as UK Sales Director. Peter then formed the start-up global services provider Saturn Global Network in Europe. After the company was sold to IXnet, Peter was appointed its Managing Director Europe. Peter then joined Interxion in Amsterdam as Group Managing Director, running the data center business. After operating his own consulting practice for three years, Peter joined Telstra International and was fundamental in the strategic review of the US brand of the business and has been closely involved in the revision and expansion the European branch. Peter was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in 2007 and then became Senior Vice President of Global Business Development in 2008. Peter holds a US Visa and is an executive member of the Cambridge Conservative Association.

Patrick Joggerst

Patrick Joggerst has been working in technology and global communications for more than 25 years, holding senior positions in companies at many different stages — from startups to multi-billion-dollar publically traded companies. He has worked in many sectors of the industry, including both mobile and broadband operators such as AT&T, Global Crossing and PrimeCo, as well as the world’s largest operations support systems (OSS) and VoIP platform suppliers, including Telcordia and NextPoint. Mr. Joggerst has served as corporate CEO  as well as  led marketing, sales and support teams in all regions of the world.

Teresa Leighty

Teresa Leighty has over 20 years of broad business experience, taking senior leadership and advisory roles in established companies as well as start-ups.  She has expertise in building companies and associated operations and technologies as well as transforming businesses that are facing performance challenges.  Ms. Leighty has a strong track record of delivering quantifiable results in diverse industries including telecommunications, financial services, insurance, software and retail where she has worked with companies such as AAA, Sony, Levi Strauss, AT&T and several internet-based start-ups.  Her background in sales, marketing and customer experience, combined with her solid technical knowledge, allows her not only to diagnose business challenges, but also to develop and execute strategies for companies to overcome such hurdles enabling them to grow.

Bradford Lutz

Bradford Lutz has over 17 years experience in the telecom and technology industries. He has held senior leadership roles in sales and business development, client services, finance and operations organizations. Brad has lead organizations in companies at many different stages, from startups to large established enterprises including Global Crossing, Worldcom, IXnet and Telwares. Brad is an expert in business process design and execution, metrics and reporting programs, financial planning and analysis, and strategy.

Robert Mazer

Robert Mazer has more than 25 years experience in the telecommunications sector. Mr. Mazer has been a partner in a major international law firm (Vinson & Elkins), in addition to being a serial entrepreneur who has assisted in the conception and founding of four telecommunications companies: iBiquity Digital, IXnet, Globenet and Ondas. His extensive experience and creativity has enabled him to successfully synthesize various technical, business and legal trends to identify business opportunities and solve very complex problems in a variety of telecommunications businesses including wireless, satellite, fiber-optic cables and advanced broadcast services. Mr. Mazer has developed and implemented detailed business plans, as well as corporate and regulatory legal strategies, that have provided clients significant value. He has worked on numerous transactions both as a lawyer and a principal that assisted companies in building a solid business foundation that insured future success.

Christopher H. “Toby” Smith

Hailed as a great “corporate plumber,” Toby Smith has added value in numerous and diverse transactional and reorganization environments as a non-executive Chairman, Director or Chief Executive. Value creation focuses on the tradable assets of a company — both tangible and intangible — such as distribution, brand, supply chain and proprietary products/systems/positions. Successful mark-ups have included Puma, Escada, London Fog, MCA (trucking), Oneida, Atkins, Barnes Engineering (aerospace), Venture Industries (Tier 1 automotive) and FAG Bearings (industrial/metalworking).

Robin Wright

Robin Wright has more than 20 years experience in the IT and telecommunications fields in both senior leadership and advisory roles for companies including AT&T, Global Crossing, Telerate, Rocket Communications, NextPoint, and many more. Her background in sales, business development and operations gives her the tools to make fast and accurate assessments, build consensus, develop action plans and ensure successful completion. Ms. Wright is an expert in business turnarounds and has contributed to the successful completion of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures.
